the diamond’s backyard gondola
i am not sure when this gondola came to rest in the diamond’s backyard (new addition? been there from the beginning?…greenpoint folk? anyone know…?), but it’s a great piece of decoration in their backyard. fortunately, people arrived for some beers before i had a chance to noodle this drawing to death.

man oh man was it nice on friday, a little hot over the weekend, and then back to gorgeous today. i had some sketching to do, so i wandered across the street for some doodling and a beer (friday, not today, or not yet?).

happy hour friday, sitting outside of the pencil factory, drawing the bar that’s diagonally across the street. i’ve been drawing a lot of street signs and street lights of late, just lazy i guess.
