kent street
lunchtime drawing and question, why are there so many ford explorers parked on kent street? (note: drawing only shows two, but there were at least two others in close proximity that didn’t get drawn.)
coffee pot
i love the look of commercial coffee pots, even if the coffee in them is often times lacking.
royal baking powder
i stopped by casey rubber stamps today and picked up a new stamp. if you haven’t been, casey is an entertaining fellow, full of knowledge, and of course…stamps. it’s one of my favorite new york stores. anyway, here is a sketchbook page with my new royal baking powder stamp.
draw fewer white people
i find that when drawing people, i tend to default to white males, age 25-45. while i have absolutely no idea how this could happen, it’s sometimes useful to acknowledge said ticks, crutches and habits with a note, or electrical shock. in this case, i am hoping that a note will be a sufficient reminder.
