i’ve been drawing a bunch of bikes and bike related things this week and last, but i still don’t hold a spoke to talia (least of which being that i keep forgetting gears).

floyd landis

gfx_072706a
it’s a shame to hear the accusations about floyd landis. i very much enjoyed what he did during the tour (yes, i watched the tour), and hope that there was actually a mistake in the testing. in this era of designer performancing enhancing drugs, none of it’s surprising anymore, just sad.

the timing of this drawing is perfect for this week’s illustration friday topic, clean. so let’s just add a questionmark. clean?

working on sketches for a nytimes article about longtail, i unsurprisingly came up with some very literal takes on it. unfortunately for these guys, it means that they have rat tails comings out of their butts.
